About the event
The ISF Academy and The Chess Academy (TCA) are proud to announce the return of one of the region’s largest inter-school events: The TCA 16th Annual - ISF Academy Chess Open on March 8, 2026 (Sunday).
We wish to extend a cordial invitation to chess players from local and international schools in Hong Kong, Macau and the Greater Bay Area to participate in this international chess tournament, where they will compete for “team” and “individual” championship titles against other schools.
With close to 400 entries from over 79 schools participating in our successful event last year, we anticipate a very good turnout this year. All sections will play seven rounds, and each round will last around 30 minutes.
