Cancellation Policy

At ActiveKids HK, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to be fair and transparent with our policies while ensuring the smooth operation of our classes and the commitment to our instructors and students.

 

Class Fees & Withdrawals
Once your child is enrolled, all class fees are non-refundable. For school classes, different schools have different policies. Please check the page related to the school for further details.

 

Inclement Weather Policy
Your child's safety is our top priority!

• Classes are automatically cancelled when a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher) is hoisted 2 hours before the class by the Hong Kong Observatory.

• For other weather conditions, your child's teacher will notify you directly by email on the day of the lesson if a class needs to be cancelled.

• Please note that for any classes cancelled due to school closures, severe weather, or other directives from the School or Department of Education, we are unable to offer refunds or make-up classes.

Student Conduct
We want every child to have a positive and safe learning experience. For the safety and enjoyment of all students, ActiveKids may dismiss a student for disruptive or unsafe behavior. In such situations, refunds will not be provided.
